Reprographic Services
- Photocopying, printing, and scanning facilities for academic use on demand.
Current Awareness Services (CAS)
- Updates on new arrivals in the library, such as books, journals, and other resources.
- Notifications about events, workshops, and library programs.
Orientation and Training
- Sessions to help new students to understand how to use the library effectively.
- Workshops on accessing online databases and digital resources.
Book Reservation and Suggestion Services
- Facility for users to reserve books that are currently checked out.

Document Delivery Services

Library Catalogue Access (OPAC)
- Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) allows users to search the library’s collection digitally for books.
Wi-Fi and Internet Access
- Free Wi-Fi for students and faculty to conduct research and access academic resources.
Remote Access to Resources
- Allowing users to access digital materials like e-books and journals from outside the campus through remote login systems.
Personalized Information Services
- Providing customized reading lists or research assistance based on user needs.

Library Privileges
Membership of the Library is open to all students and faculty members of the college. The Library provides barcode-enabled smart cards (integrated college identity card-cum-library card) to facilitate access for both students and staff. The borrowing limits for members are defined as follows:
Student | 2 books for 10 Days |
Faculty | 10 books for 6 Months |
SACT | 6 books for 3 Months |
Guest Teacher | 3 books for 2 Month |
Staff | 3 books for 1 Month |
Issue-Return: Books will be issued on presentation of the ID card-cum-Library card. Students are instructed to check the books while borrowing and they will be responsible for any type of damage or mutilation noticed at the time of return.
Overdue Charges: Materials borrowed should be returned on or before the due date stamped, if returned late overdue fine will be charged for the delayed period @ Re 1 per day.
