Strategic/Prospective Plan
The college undertakes the following aims and objectives:
- To take effort to introduce more UG courses to cater to the needs of the students.
- To develop the infrastructure and support facilities of the college to fulfil the needs of the ever growing students’ strengths, such as more classrooms, better sports facilities, the construction of seminar hall.
- Use of e-governance and digitisation of academic and administrative processes.
- Upgradation of the smart classroom with better equipment.
- Enrichment of the central library with text books, reference books and books on the competitive exams etc.
- Renovation of old classrooms and laboratories with respect to roofing, flooring, furniture etc.
- Improving the research by faculty of the college both qualitatively and quantitatively, and increasing the number of publications by the faculty
- Improving the students participation in various curricular and extracurricular activities like sports, cultural activities, and various co-curricular activities and competitions like elocution, debates, poster competition, essay writing etc.
- To facilitate short term training, orientation, refresher programs for the students and teachers.
- To strengthen the alumni association and its activities.
- To organise state, university and national level seminars.
- To facilitate short term online courses of other universities.
